Basic  101 SYNTONICS COURSE

 The Basic 101 Course will comprise of two days. Which give attendees to learn to understand the principles of syntonics, the diagnostic process and prescribing. You will be able return to your practice and with confidence immediately start to use this powerful tool with your patients. The topics covered will be the history of OPTOMETRSIC Phototherapy, the optometric tests and diagnostic process. Kinetic colour field testing and diagnosis, Alpha omega pupil. The four basic syndromes and their application. Body morphology Autonomic nervous system and vision. There will be a practical workshop on how to do Pupil testing, Kinetic colour fields. Practice management- how to prepare your practice to incorporate Syntonics.  and LOTS of cases & treatment examples.

More specifically we will cover:

  1. Both practical education and theoretical knowledge including understanding individual filter affects.
  2. Advanced interpretation of Kinetic Functional visual fields.
  3. Ancillary Optometric tests that can be used for the diagnosis followed by the treatment protocols, as well as sample case study presentations.
  4. The Advanced syndromes and treatment protocols.
  5. Techniques to incorporate Syntonics into your vision therapy programs, both in office or home therapy.
  6. Local Focal Syntonics theory and application.
  7. Instrumentation, Light sources, filter types benefits and disadvantages plus Future designs.
  8. Photobiomodulation; the impact of light on the physiology of the body and on the eye
  9. How Chronobiology, Circadian therapy - the study of when is the best time to treat certain visual disfunctions and what filters.
  10. Demonstrations, workshops and case studies on the advanced treatment protocols Syntonics.
